Welcome!

The Portage Area Youth Association (PAYA) is located in Portage, Pennsylvania in the county of Cambria. PAYA organizes and coordinates baseball and softball leagues for boys and girls aged 5 to 16. PAYA oversees a tee ball league and a transitional baseball league, and competes regionally in little league, softball, and pony leagues. PAYA, a complelely volunteer organization, maintains three fields, and serves over 200 youths throughout the Portage area.

Announcements

Sign-ups for the 2010 season are scheduled for Saturday, Feb 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th from 10AM to Noon at the Portage Area Elementary School Gymnasium Lobby. As well, you may click and print the Sign-up Form and mail it to PO Box 234, Portage, PA 15946.

Mission Statement

It is the mission of Portage Area Youth Association to instill in all children the ideals of confidence, honesty, teamwork, sportmanship, and respect by providing an instructive, encouraging, and positive environment to learn and play the games of baseball and softball.
